We currently serve families who own their own home who have a chronically ill child that are school age (21st birthday at the end of the school year) or younger in the following areas, a 25 mile radius of Gilbertsville, PA.

Northern Chester County
Southeastern Berks County
Northern Montgomery County
Southern Lehigh County

*There is no guaranteed acceptance of an application. Acceptance into the program does not guarantee approval for the project requested. Each project is customized by the individual situation.

*Applications will be reviewed within 6-8 weeks. Project completion timelines will be determined on a case by case basis.

*Applicant assistance with fundraising for a home modification project is requested.
