We currently serve chronically ill children that are school age (21st birthday at the end of the school year) or younger in the following areas:
*There is no guaranteed acceptance of an application. Acceptance into the program does not guarantee approval for the project requested. Each project is customized by the individual situation.
*Applications will be reviewed within 6-8 weeks. Project completion timelines will be determined on a case by case basis.
*Applicant assistance with fundraising for a home modification project is requested.

Happy 2 Be Home funding for improvements to a family's house in order to make it suitable for their chronically ill child to be able to live there. The modifications or improvements that we provide depend on the individual situation. We will work closely with the family to determine what we can provide to improve their child's quality of life at home.
