Happy 2 be Home provides support for families who need home modifications that allow their chronically ill or medically fragile children to live safely and comfortably at home. Every situation is unique, and we work closely with families to determine what improvements may be possible based on need, scope, and available funding.

Please note: Each project is evaluated individually. Acceptance into our program does not guarantee approval or full funding for the specific modification requested.
Who We Serve
We currently assist families who:
- Own their home, and
- Have a chronically ill child, school-age or younger (up to the 21st birthday at the end of the school year), and
- Live within a 25-mile radius of Gilbertsville, PA, including:
- Northern Chester County
- Southeastern Berks County
- Northern Montgomery County
- Southern Lehigh County

Once we determine that your family may be a fit for our program, you will be asked to complete our full application.
This packet includes:
- Required documentation of home ownership
- A section that must be completed and signed by your child’s doctor
- Additional details needed for project evaluation
