“Best of Show!”
On Saturday, August 30, 2025, Happy 2 be Home hosted our 15th Annual Classic Car & Bike Show at New Ridge Fellowship in Gilbertsville, and what an incredible milestone event it was! The sun was shining, the lots were full, and the community came out in record numbers to support our mission.
With 283 vehicles on display, the show was packed with variety: everything from antiques and classics to muscle cars, hot rods, trucks, motorcycles, and even a few unique specialty vehicles. Participants started lining up bright and early, and by showtime, the grounds were buzzing with excitement.
Cars, Bikes, and Community Spirit
The official show hours were 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, but as always, the energy started long before that. Families, friends, and car enthusiasts of all ages came to enjoy the displays, grab some food, buy raffle tickets, and connect with one another. Admission was free for spectators, making it a perfect community day out.
A Big Year for Fundraising
Thanks to everyone who participated—whether you entered a vehicle, bought food, supported the raffles, or made a donation—this year’s show was our most successful yet.
Combined with the August 5K & Fun Run, Happy 2 be Home raised over $23,000 this summer! These funds directly support our projects to help families of children with long-term medical needs by making critical home modifications possible.
Live Music and Lasting Memories
Adding to the festive spirit was live music throughout the day from the awesome New Ridge Fellowship Praise Band, creating the perfect soundtrack for a celebration of cars, community, and cause. Whether you were admiring the shine of a restored classic, tapping your foot to the band, or catching up with friends, the day was filled with moments to remember.
