The labor of love that is our annual tradition returned to Gilbertsville on Saturday, September 5, 2026, for the 16th Annual Classic Car & Bike Show! Hosted at New Ridge Fellowship, the sun was shining, the weather was perfect, and 277 registered vehicles filled the lot—with early participants lining up as early as 7:00 AM.

While we are still totaling up the final proceeds, the true spirit of the event shone brighter than ever. Be sure to scroll to the bottom to view more photos from the day!
A Very Special Guest & Trophy Presenter: Maiyah Fields

The highlight of the day was welcoming one of our very own H2bH kids, Maiyah Fields (age 20), along with her parents, Charlene and Michael, from Blue Bell.

Maiyah was given the special honor of picking a vehicle for the Happy 2 be Home trophy—and she chose a beautiful purple car, her favorite color! Congrats to John Mack of Pottstown on his 1939 Plymouth Coupe Street Rod!

Happy 2 be Home recently approved $29,000 for a home modification project to create a safe, accessible bathroom for Maiyah.
During the show, the Fields family addressed the crowd to share what H2bH means to them, later sending a heartfelt letter:
“Dear Happy 2 be Home Family,
We wanted to send a heartfelt thank you for inviting our family to the Happy 2 be Home Annual Car Show this past weekend. We had such a wonderful time and are sharing our favorite photos from the day with you.
Thank you for making Maiyah feel so special and for giving her the honor of choosing the Happy 2 be Home Best in Show winner. She truly enjoyed looking at all of the cars and making her selection!
As we shared, Maiyah lives with epilepsy and experiences seizures that can occur without warning. Because of this, creating a safer environment for her at home is extremely important to our family. The bathroom renovation Happy 2 be Home is helping make possible is not simply a home improvement, it is a change that will directly improve Maiyah’s safety and make a lasting difference in her daily life.
Most of all, thank you for welcoming Maiyah and our entire family with such warmth. We are incredibly grateful for everything Happy 2 be Home is doing for her and honored to now be part of the Happy 2 be Home family.”
Music, Memories, and Master of Ceremonies

This year, Randy Dittman served as our Master of Ceremonies and kept the crowd energized all day long. In addition to providing great music, Randy took the mic to sing and play his acoustic and electric guitars live, creating a wonderful soundtrack for the afternoon as families, friends, and car enthusiasts browsed the displays.

Volunteers & Community Support

During the show, H2bH Vice President Susan addressed the crowd while H2bH President Scott walked among the attendees. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive—many guests shared how much they love the event and how meaningful it is to support kids in the community. Several long-time participants even noted that this is the only car show they enter all year because of the incredible cause!

Our deepest gratitude goes out to the New Ridge Fellowship Car Show committee, our dedicated board members, and all the volunteers who ran registration, raffles, and the food tent serving breakfast sandwiches and fresh grilled burgers.

Whether you entered a car, bought food, purchased raffle tickets, or made a donation—thank you for changing lives, one project at a time!
